Job summary
Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) Technical Writer to develop and maintain rigorous technical documentation for complex engineering systems across their lifecycle. You will work with E&E, logistics, maintenance, training, and program management teams to produce accurate publications for operation, maintenance, sustainment, and training.

Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in technical writing or engineering documentation.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, military, transportation, or complex systems programs is advantageous.
- Experience preparing maintenance, operational, or logistics documentation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and maintain technical publications including operation, maintenance, and repair manuals.
- Create IPCs, technical handbooks, training materials, and installation guides.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and baselines releases.
- Ensure publications meet reliability, maintainability, and supportability requirements.
- Verify accuracy, formatting, and traceability with engineering teams and end users.
