Job summary

Ecsal Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Documentation / Technical Records Specialist in Hong Kong. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, translating manuals between Chinese and English, and coordinating external testing and lab submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor industry and familiar with certification standards.
• English and Chinese proficiency is advantageous for translation and liaison.
• Hands-on in managing parts return analysis with other departments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; detail oriented and organized.
• Fresh graduates may apply; internship or project coordination experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and review technical documentation, data, specifications and procedures for internal and external requests.
• Prepare equipment manuals and perform simple translation in Chinese and English.
• Support warranty parts return documentation with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate and arrange chemical samples with external laboratories for testing.
• Maintain documentation updates and traceability of engineering records.
• Work closely with internal departments to meet documentation requirements for external submissions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
