Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an ILS Technical Writer to develop and maintain technical documentation for complex engineering systems throughout their lifecycle. You will work with engineering, logistics, maintenance, training, and project teams to gather valid information.

Responsibilities include creating manuals, guides, IPCs, and training materials, translating drawings into user documentation, and managing document revisions and approvals, ensuring compliance with defence and industry

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communications, IT, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in technical writing, technical publications, engineering documentation, or ILS.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of ILS, LSA, RAM, and Configuration Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical and logistics documentation, including operation/maintenance manuals, repair procedures, technical guides, IPCs, and training materials.
• Translate engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical information into clear user documentation.
• Support ILS, LSA, RAM, and configuration management activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, logisticians, SMEs, and project teams to gather and validate technical information.
• Manage document revisions, configuration control, reviews, approvals, and releases.
• Ensure documentation meets applicable industry, defence, military, or customer standards.
• Perform technical document reviews for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability.
