We are currently looking for passionate graduates who aspire to become professional Engineers to join our 2- year Technical Trainee Programme - Engineering stream, whichis an HKIE accredited Scheme “A” Graduate Training Progrmme leading to Chartership. As an Engineer Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic 2-year journey featuring job rotations across property portfolios, new development projects, and external consultancies. With guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive coaching for personal growth, and be supported in pursuing relevant professional examinations.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduates from Degree accredited by HKIE in disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines

Able to demonstrate career interest in property and project management

Good academic and extra-curricular activities records

Good communication skills (spoken & written) in both English and Chinese

Adaptable and willing to take challenges
