We are currently looking for passionate graduates who aspire to become professional Building Surveyors to join our 2- yearTechnical Trainee Programme – Building Surveying stream. As a Building Surveyor Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic 2-year journey featuring job rotations across property portfolios, new development projects, and government authority. With guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive coaching for personal growth, and be supported in pursuing relevant professional examinations.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduates from Degree in Building Surveying

Able to demonstrate career interest in property and project management

Good academic and extra-curricular activities records

Good communication skills (spoken & written) in both English and Chinese

Adaptable and willing to take challenges
