Job summary

Swire Properties Limited is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team in the Residential investment portfolio. You will monitor operation and maintenance of E&M installations, supervise technicians, and support high-quality building services delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering with at least 3 years of related experience and fluent English and Chinese. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and presentation skills and able to work with people at all levels.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills on AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation and maintenance of E&M installation.
• Supervise in-house technicians and contractors to carry out routine repair and maintenance works.
• Implement corrective and planned maintenance of building services equipment and system.
• Supervise residence and holiday houses fit-out works.
• Takeover of new residential building.
• Handle inquiries on all related issues and prepare technical reports.
