Job summary

Swire Properties is seeking a Project Executive to join the dynamic team overseeing real estate development projects. The role focuses on procurement, tendering, cost control, and coordination with consultants, contractors and government bodies to ensure on-time, safe delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, BIM coordination experience and 2–5 years in building construction, with strong communication in English, Chinese and Putonghua, and proficiency in AutoCAD and

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• BEAM Pro (new building) / CIC certified BIM coordinator advantageous.
• Solid experience in E&M design and new installation work.
• Familiar with statutory submission procedure.
• 2–5 years post-graduate experience in building construction industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua; team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the team on procurement and tendering process; monitor construction progress and handover.
• Support the team to ensure completion of works on time and safely.
• Support the team on cost control.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to monitor design process, government submissions and approvals, construction progress and standard of workmanship.
• Major Tasks and Activities
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and Government regulatory bodies.
• Attend meetings with consultants and contractors and monitor progress of design, procurement and construction.
• Prepare and update reports and presentation materials.
• Assist in preparation of budget, cash flow and cost control documents.
• Review E&M design, installation details, technical proposal, etc. prepared by the consultants and contractors.
• Support the project team on cost, programme, safety and quality control.

We are currently looking for a talented Project Executive to join our dynamic team, which plays a crucial role in the successful execution and delivery of the company's diverse real estate projects. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality, the department oversees the entire lifecycle of development projects, from design, construction and handover process. Our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals in architecture, engineering, construction management, and project planning collaborate seamlessly to ensure that each project aligns with Swire Properties' vision and meets the highest standards of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team on procurement and tendering process; monitor construction progress and conduct handover
• Support the team to ensure completion of works on time and safely
• Support the team on cost control
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to monitor design process, government submissions and approvals, construction progress and standard of workmanship

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in E&M design and new installation work
• Familiar with statutory submission procedure
• Minimum 2-5 years post-graduate experience in building construction industry
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Energetic, self-driven and detail-minded team player
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Auto-CAD, Building Information Modeling, scheduling and similar projects control software
