Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• BEAM Pro (new building) / CIC certified BIM coordinator will be advantage.
• Solid experience in E&M design and new installation work.
• Familiar with statutory submission procedure.
• Minimum 2-5 years post-graduate experience in building construction industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Energetic, self-driven and detail-minded team player.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, scheduling and similar project control software.

Responsibilities

• Support the team on procurement and tendering process; monitor construction progress and handover.
• Support the team to ensure completion of works on time and safely.
• Support the team on cost control.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to monitor design process, government submissions and approvals, construction progress and workmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team on procurement and tendering process; monitor construction progress and conduct handover
• Support the team to ensure completion of works on time and safely
• Support the team on cost control
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to monitor design process, government submissions and approvals, construction progress and standard of workmanship
