Job summary

AFSC Operations Ltd 在香港赤臘角（Chek Lap Kok）设有职位，汇报给总经理，负责运营的若干关键职能领域，包括质量、健康、安全与环境（QHSE）服务的管理与提供。需协调质量保证的发展活动，识别培训需求并制定提升运营效能的培训计划，作为对运营政策、程序及不足之处的顾问，确保手册及合规检查保持最新并推动持续改进文化。

职位要求为油品行业十年以上运营经验，具备大学/高等教育背景或同等经验，拥有工程或技术背景及HSE管理资历。需熟悉Jet A-1质量控制程序、油品储罐区及加油作业，具备出色的人际沟通能力，培训经验为加分项，具备计算机能力，英语/粤语流利，普通话工作能力亦优先考虑。

Qualifications

• 具备十年及以上油品行业运营经验。
• 完成大学/专科教育，或具备相关工作经验以代替。
• 具备工程或技术学科背景。
• 具备健康与安全管理的相关资历/经验。
• 具备广泛技术问题及中高阶HSE合规性经验。
• 熟悉Jet A-1 质量控制程序。
• 熟悉油品场站与加油作业。
• 具备较强的人际沟通能力。
• 具备培训经验者优先。
• 具备计算机技能。
• 英语/粤语流利，具备普通话工作能力。

Responsibilities

• 负责AFSC集团多项核心职能的运营管理。
• 管理并提供质量、健康、安全与环境服务。
• 协调质量 Assurance的倡议与开发活动。
• 识别培训需求并制定培训计划以提升运营效能。
• 在运营政策、程序及缺陷补救方面提供咨询。
• 确保操作、质量控制及HSE手册保持最新并执行合规检查。
• 推动持续改进文化的建设。

Job description

Reporting to the General Manager. The incumbent is responsible for several key functional areas of AFSC Companies.

• Management and provision of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Services.


• Coordination of initiatives and development activities on quality assurance.


• Identification of needs and development/ implementation of training programs to improve operational effectiveness for all operational personnel.


• Acting as an advisor on operational policies, procedures, and remedies to deficiencies.


• Keeping operation, quality control and HSE procedure manuals up-to-date, and conduct operations and HSE compliance checks.


• Development of culture on continual improvement.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of ten years operations experience in the oil related industry.


• Completed university/tertiary college education, or relevant experience in lieu.


• Background training in engineering or a technical discipline.


• Relevant qualification/experience in health & safety management.


• Experience with a very broad scope of technical problems and HSE compliance issues of moderate to advanced complexity.


• Fully conversant with Jet A-1 Quality Control Procedures.


• Fully conversant with Tankfarm and Refuelling Operations.


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Training experience is essential.


• Computer literate


• Fluent in English/Cantonese. Working knowledge in Mandarin.
