Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing scalable, secure backend systems.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps: CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of financial regulations, security, and compliance in FinTech.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design and architect the backend systems using Spring Boot, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop and implement Spring Boot-based applications, leveraging the framework's features and capabilities to deliver high-performance, reliable, and secure systems.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support the company's various financial products and services.
