Job summary

DJRecruit Asia is partnering with a premier financial services institution in Hong Kong to appoint a visionary Senior Product Manager. You will lead strategic planning, development, and end-to-end lifecycle management of core banking products, guiding a dedicated product team across front, middle, and back-office operations.

You will drive product strategy and roadmaps, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and ensure successful delivery from 0 to 1 while optimizing user journeys and post-launch

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design and leadership in banking/fintech.
• Experience with accounts, lending, and cash management across mobile and web.
• Embedded finance experience with platform integrations (e-KYB, e-KYC, data interoperability).
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong banking market and local trends.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery from concept to rollout with ecosystem units.

The ideal candidate will bring deep insight into the Hong Kong banking landscape and a proven track record of driving complex financial products from 0 to 1. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a dedicated product team and align cross-functional operations across front, middle, and back-office departments.

Responsibilities

• 0-1 Product Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and rollout of innovative product solutions, collaborating closely with ecosystem business units
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define short-, medium-, and long-term product blueprints, implementation paths, and project milestones driven by deep market insights
• Requirement Alignment: Consolidate feedback and operational requests from front, middle, and back-office teams, aligning them with corporate strategy to prioritize the product backlog
• Lifecycle & UX Management: Establish clear product design principles, streamline business processes, optimize end-to-end user journeys, and manage product performance post-launch through continuous iteration

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in product design, execution, and team leadership within the banking or Fintech sectors
• Domain Expertise: Extensive B2C or B2B product implementation experience covering accounts, lending, and cash management (deposits, loans, remittances) across Mobile App and Web platforms
• Technical Integration: Practical experience with embedded finance frameworks, including platform integrations for e-KYB, e-KYC, data interoperability, and embedded services
• Industry Insight: Expert-level grasp of commercial banking models, internet finance dynamics, and Hong Kong local market trends
• Skills & Languages: Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills in high-pressure environments; fluency in English and Cantonese is a strong advantage
