Job summary

Madison Pearl Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer-facing implementations and professional services from initiation to closure.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build detailed plans, manage scope and timelines, and drive executive communications across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will coordinate technical discovery, migrations, testing, rollout, and handover while bridging business and technical conversations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software, IT, implementation, or professional services projects.
• Experience delivering projects for external enterprise customers, ideally in SaaS, construction technology, enterprise software, consulting, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, implementation methodologies, and agile or hybrid project management approaches.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business requirements, delivery plans, and engineering constraints.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including executive status reporting and difficult stakeholder conversations.
• Strong written communication, documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools, delivery reporting, and structured operating rhythms.
• Bonus: experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, compliance, document-heavy workflows, data migration, integrations, or AI-enabled SaaS.
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential.
