Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking a hands-on product professional to own an AI-assisted review and compliance workflow product area, from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement, partnering with engineers, industry specialists and customers to define what to build and validate value.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will turn customer challenges into scalable solutions, develop a clear product strategy, priorities and release boundaries, and drive adoption in a fast-evolving

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other closely related disciplines preferred
• At least 6+ years of hands experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management
• Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Good command in English and Chinese

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will take ownership of a product area from early investigation through launch and ongoing improvement. Your initial remit will center on AI-assisted review and compliance workflows, working closely with engineers, industry specialists and customers to establish what to build, test its value and drive adoption. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys creating clarity in an evolving environment, making decisions with imperfect information and staying close to customers well beyond the first release. Develop an evidence-based view of the target user, the problem worth solving and the advantage a new solution could offer. Surface the assumptions most likely to affect success, then use focused experiments to determine whether the opportunity merits further investment. Translate the product direction into achievable outcomes, clear priorities and practical release boundaries. Distinguish broadly valuable capabilities from one-off requests. Help develop a scalable product offering that addresses shared customer needs rather than accumulating disconnected custom solutions.

The Successful Candidate
