TEKsystems is seeking a business-facing role focused on driving AI initiatives across the Execution Services function. The role requires interaction with Trading, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data/AI teams and external vendors to deliver practical, scalable AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in project delivery, with a strong banking/ capital markets background, and fluency in English and Mandarin to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Partner with Trading, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data/AI teams, and external vendors

About you

5-8 years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change, or Technology Delivery

Strong investment banking / capital markets / brokerage / electronic trading background

Good understanding of front-office trading workflows and experience partnering directly with traders and business stakeholders

Exposure to AI, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, automation, or data-driven initiatives, with the ability to articulate practical business use cases

Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery experience

English and Mandarin are mandatory
