Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a Technical Product Owner - Workflow in Hong Kong to own a defined product backlog and translate business needs into prioritized delivery work. You will support backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder coordination.

You will gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with business and technology teams, and ensure high quality solutions meet expectations throughout development and release.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and write clear user stories.
• Good understanding of agile delivery and software development processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and handle operational follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own a single product backlog or a defined feature stream. Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting business rules.
• Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Support sprint planning, refinement, review, and release activities.
• Clarify requirements and resolve questions during development and testing. Track issues, risks, and dependencies and escalation appropriately.
• Support UAT, production rollout, and defect triage. Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and support transparency of delivery progress.
