Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
4-7 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, project delivery, or application support.
Strong ability to gather requirements and write clear user stories.
Good understanding of agile delivery and software development processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Own a single product backlog or defined feature stream. Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting business rules.
Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Support sprint planning, refinement, review, and release activities.
Clarify requirements and resolve questions during development and testing. Track issues, risks, and dependencies and escalated appropriately.
Support UAT, production rollout, and defect triage. Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
Maintain backlog hygiene and support transparency of delivery progress.
