Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a Technical Officer (Project Management) on a 2-year contract to assist the Project Management Team in planning, coordination, and delivery of development projects in Hong Kong. The role involves liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, preparing documentation, and monitoring construction works to ensure compliance and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Construction, or Project

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Construction, Project Management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in planning, design coordination and delivery of development projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and site issues.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, drawings registers and presentation materials.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in implementing new technologies (e.g. BIM, digitalisation) and technical research for project improvement.

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Construction, Project Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction methods.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office with knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.
