Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Maintenance Officer to support our building maintenance programs and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise technicians, coordinate contractors, investigate defects, prepare quotations and budgets, and assist in renovation projects while delivering quality services to customers.

Candidates with a Diploma in Building Services and a valid Registered Electrical Worker credential will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services or related field.
• Proactive and able to work in a team.
• Registered Electrical Worker is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme.
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work.
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown.
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work.
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work.
• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer.

Requirements

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Officer
• Registered Electrical Worker is required
• More experienced candidates would be considered as Senior Technical Officer
