The position requires a higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, with experience in building services, E&M maintenance, and renovation projects.

• Manage procurement and tendering processes for maintenance works, services, and technical projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and improvement works according to site requirements.
• Support and monitor fit-out, renovation, A&A, or project works, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and provide technical advice to facilitate smooth site operations at various stages.
