Job summary

Hong Kong Center For Construction Robotics is seeking a Lecturer/Mentor to guide Innovation Camps, Mini-Camps, and robotics competitions. You will design curricula, mentor students, and facilitate projects from problem identification to product definition.

You will lead teams using learning-by-doing, provide hands-on hardware and embedded systems guidance, and align with XbotPark New Engineering Education philosophy, fostering entrepreneurial thinking and interdisciplinary talent.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Robotics, Automation, or related fields.
• Experience with project-based learning and mentoring.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in robotics education or competitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to camp curriculum design in construction robotics.
• Design PBL challenges covering industry pain-points and product definitions.
• Prepare technical reference materials and teaching resources.
• Mentor and facilitate projects from concept to prototype delivery.
• Organize team discussions, reviews, and pitch sessions.
• Assist in site visits and teaching evaluations.
