Job summary

Vertiv (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an experienced electrical engineer to lead design proposals and tender submissions for critical infrastructure in Hong Kong. You will provide SME expertise on AC power solutions and guide client engagements across the sales cycle.

You will deliver professional presentations, oversee FAT/SAT, coordinate on-site functions including Testing & Commissioning, and ensure adherence to local standards while communicating in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in critical power, UPS, or data center infrastructure.
• REW license held is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in installation/design/repair with REW for managerial roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project and AutoCAD.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of technical design proposals and comprehensive tender submissions for critical infrastructure.
• Provide SME for AC power solutions and address complex customer inquiries.
• Deliver customer presentations, lead trade seminars and manage new product launch events.
• Coordinate and oversee FAT/SAT to meet global standards.
• Direct on-site activities including design implementation, installation, Testing & Commissioning and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong electrical standards and WR1/WR2 submissions.
• Support sales teams by translating technical roadmaps into clear client solutions.
