CITIC Securities International Company Limited seeks a senior network architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise networks spanning LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, VXLAN, ACI and cloud environments (AWS & Azure).

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 10+ years of experience in finance-sector networks, with strong analytical, communication and ITIL-based operations understanding. Mandarin is a plus, English/Chinese proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop scalable, secure network solutions incl. LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN, VXLAN, ACI and cloud-based architecture.
• Communicate/work with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into viable network solutions.
• Collaborate with business, application, security and risk team to deliver best-in-class network solutions.
• Conduct Network modeling, analysis and plan to meet capacity, performance and business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation including HLD, LLD, diagram and procedure
• Coordinate with counterparts, third-party service providers and vendors to procure equipment
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies and standards to recommend innovation solutions.
• Accountable for the delivery of a variety of concurrent projects of varying scales in cooperation with other IT departments
• Assist network operations teams and all network support services for complex network issues.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field required.

10+ years of experience in network design and implementation in an enterprise-level environment, preferably in the finance sector.

Extensive experience in designing and delivering complex network projects.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of network technologies including trends across AWS and Azure Clouds.

Solid experience in network administration in LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Cloud Network Architecture (AWS & Azure), Micro-Segmentation Firewall, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, Network Management, Performance Monitoring, and Automation Tools.

Proficient in Cisco ACI technology and design

Significant experience in managing network operations and services and understanding of ITIL framework.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent Communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin will be an advantage)

Certifications and experience in CCIE, Azure, and AWS would be beneficial.
