Job summary

WeMaintain is seeking a Technical Engineer in Hong Kong to diagnose and repair lift and escalator faults at client sites, helping keep building systems running smoothly.

You will work in a flat, supportive environment that values ownership, safety, and continuous learning, collaborating with technicians and stakeholders to improve maintenance processes and tech offerings.

Qualifications

• Holder of High Diploma or above; Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferable.
• Experience in lift or escalator fault finding.
• Good physical stamina and relevant state license/certification (RLW/REW).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults.
• Respond to technical escalations our technicians cannot solve.
• Train our technicians to improve their skill level.
• Be a leader in the field and demonstrate best practices.

You Are the Right Person for Us If:

• You are a holder of High Diploma or equivalent or above. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is preferable but not essential.


• You have experience in lift or escalator fault finding


• You have good physical stamina


• You are a holder of relevant state license/certification (RLW/REW)


• You have good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• You have experience in interpreting and analysing technical diagrams


• You\u2019re a great communicator with good customer service skills


• You\u2019re comfortable with new technologies and want to be part of industry change


• You\u2019re detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in your work
