Job summary

Dtcpay is seeking a senior engineering leader to work with the CEO/CTO to develop and deploy code powering our platform in a high-security, scalable environment. You will drive architecture decisions, lead DevOps, and oversee full-stack development across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

You will collaborate with product/UI/UX teams to continuously improve usability and performance, while implementing robust cybersecurity practices and automation to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development across at least three of Java, Go, Rust, C++.

Responsibilities

• Improve and oversee the product's technical infrastructure.
• Set up DevOps to fix critical issues quickly.
• Make architecture decisions for a scalable product.
• Lead deployment and maintenance of the exchange from existing source code.
• Modify and improve the source code to add new features.
• Lead development of new products from idea to deployment and testing.
• Setup code auditing to ensure cybersecurity and bug-free functionality.
• Lead all front-end & back-end development.
• Collaborate with product/UI/UX to improve UI/UX based on feedback and split testing results.
• Document and improve the company’s technical systems, processes and procedures.
• Research and implement new technologies beneficial to the organization.
• Automate manual processes within the organization.
• Review and deploy money-sensitive code with utmost cybersecurity.
