Job summary

Dtcpay is seeking a senior engineering leader to work with the CEO/CTO to develop and deploy code powering our platform in a high-security, scalable environment. You will drive architecture decisions, lead DevOps, and oversee full-stack development across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

You will collaborate with product/UI/UX teams to continuously improve usability and performance, while implementing robust cybersecurity practices and automation to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development across at least three of Java, Go, Rust, C++.

Responsibilities

• Improve and oversee the product's technical infrastructure.

Work with the CEO/CTO to lead the development and deployment of all code used in our platform.

Responsibilities

• Improve and oversee the technological infrastructure of our product.
• Set up and run dev ops to timely fix critical technical issues that would otherwise be detrimental to the organisation.
• Make architecture decisions to ensure a strong, stable, and scalable product
• Lead deployment and maintenance the entire exchange from existing source code.
• Modify and improve the source code to add new or customized features/functions.
• Leading the development of new products, transforming ideas to logic to code, then being in charge of deployment and testing of the new product, and doing everything in between.
• Setup code auditing processes to ensure bug‑free functionality, efficiency, and most importantly, cybersecurity.
• Lead all front & back end development.
• Work with our product/UI/UX team to constantly improve UI/UX with customer feedback and results from split testing.
• Work with our tech team to document and improve the company’s technical systems, processes, and procedures.
• Research and implement new technologies that would benefit the organization.
• Constantly trying to automate manual processes within the organization.
• Review and deploy all money‑sensitive code into our production server to ensure utmost cybersecurity and no fraudulent loopholes to access funds that hired developers may put into the code.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with any 3 of the following languages with the ability and willingness to learn new languages: Java, Golang, RUST, C++
• Minimum 3-year experience of working crypto exchanges OR 2 years of experience running traditional trading systems or forex/equity exchanges
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share/collaborate with peers
• Ability to hire and manage large technical teams, both front end, and back end,
• managing applications in all platforms including Web, Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, etc.
• Ability to write, audit and deploy code, and set up proper processes for other people to do this with utmost cybersecurity
• Have a strong understanding of crypto-related cybersecurity.
• Think outside the box and deliver innovative and original solutions
• Ability to speak and write English AND Chinese.
