Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Biological Sciences or related fields.
• Preference for familiarity with sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis for LC and MS.
• Strong English proficiency with ability to read scientific literature and equipment manuals; good writing skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance on laboratory instruments to ensure stable operation.
• Prepare samples, run analyses, and process data to support research results.
• Draft SOPs for instruments and provide training to researchers.
• Organize seminars, user training, and workshops to promote new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the lab.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
