GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Engineer in Substation Protection and Control to shape next-generation grid solutions. You will engage customers, drive SAS design, and collaborate across product lines to deliver reliable protection and control systems.
You will leverage IEC 61850 expertise, oversee full lifecycle activities from design to commissioning, and travel within the CEAP region as needed to support modernization efforts.
The power grid is changing — and the engineers who understand it best are the ones who will shape what comes next. As a Lead Engineer in Substation Protection and Control within GE Vernova's Grid Automation business, you will be at the intersection of deep technical expertise and real customer impact. You will bring GE Vernova's substation automation, protection, and control solutions to life — working directly with customers to solve complex challenges, close technical gaps, and grow the business in a region where grid modernisation is accelerating fast.
If you are energised by problems that don't have obvious answers and motivated by seeing your engineering knowledge translate directly into customer outcomes, this role was built for you.
