A leading luxury watch brand in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Advisor to represent and elevate the AP brand. You will provide technical expertise and customer service, manage spare parts, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of both new and vintage luxury watches, and a passion for customer service. Qualifications

• Demonstrate expertise on new luxury watches as well as vintage watches.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms.
• Actively participate in the overall activity of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Client Care specialist throughout the after-sales process.
• Provide technical answers to client inquiries regarding watch mechanisms.
• Support marketing activities and lead watchmaking masterclasses.
