Job summary

Agoda is seeking a high-impact leader to scale our recruitment for the Tech organization. You will guide a team of TA Partners, collaborate with Tech Leadership, HR, and Analytics, and drive strategies for rapid, high-quality hiring while controlling costs.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, implement AI-assisted tools, and lead transformational projects across assessment tools, upskilling, and recruitment models in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global environment.
• Proven track record managing high-volume evergreen hiring (100+ hires/year).
• Strong ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Leadership skills to rally recruiters around ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of TA Partners and Associate TA Partners to meet hiring targets.
• Own and manage a high-volume evergreen hiring engine delivering 100+ hires/year.
• Improve hire quality through data-driven experimentation and analytics.
• Ensure operational excellence across all stages of the recruitment process.
