Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Tech Sourcer Specialist to own end-to-end sourcing strategies for senior engineering roles. You will build pipelines, engage candidates, and collaborate with TA and business teams to ensure strong candidate experiences.

Based in Bangkok with hybrid setup, relocation is provided for successful applicants not based in Thailand. The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing, market insights, and a focus on high-quality hires in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Sales mindset: persuasive, persistent, value-led in every touchpoint.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end, high-impact projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• High autonomy, urgency and follow-through.
• Thrive on change: you iterate fast and keep moving.
• Excellent communications skills; fluency in English required.
• Previous experience hiring for Southeast Asia markets is a plus.

• Leverage data to prioritize efforts, monitor pipeline health and guide sourcing strategy.
• Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where the best technical talent lives.

We are looking for a Tech Sourcer Specialist with a proven track record of discovering and hiring amazing engineering talent. In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and execution of Sourcing strategies to find exceptional talent to fill our senior and/or critical engineering roles.

*This role is based in Bangkok and on hybrid work setup, relocation will be provided for successful applicants who aren't yet based in Thailand
