Job summary

Agoda is seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing to lead and scale our talent pipelines across Engineering, Product, and Corporate functions. You will define, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.

The role requires coaching and inspiring a sourcing team of 2 managers and 10+ sourcers. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and will collaborate with CoE teams to continuously improve end-to-end

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
Minimum of 3+ years in leadership or people management
Proven track record of data-driven sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience with AI and automation in recruiting workflows
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, experimental environment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven, scalable sourcing strategies
Mentor and manage 2 Managers and 10+ Sourcers
Enhance sourcing tools, platforms, and AI adoption
Collaborate with Recruiting Managers and department heads on needs and pipeline forecasts
Partner with CoE teams to refine end-to-end sourcing processes
Promote best practices and achieve annual fill-rate targets
Automate repetitive tasks and drive AI-enabled workflows
