Job summary

Captar Partners is seeking a Head of Logistics and Commercial Strategy (3PL) to lead Hong Kong operations in the technology sector. You will serve as a strategic SME, guiding commercial strategies with deep market insights and directly reporting to the HK CEO.

You will shape the regional supply chain, drive profitable growth, and build a high-performance team in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in logistics operations, 3PL or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of technology sector logistics (electronics, hardware, semiconductors).
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hong Kong logistics operations with a focus on the technology sector.
• Own and manage the full P&L for the vertical to maximize profitability.
• Act as strategic advisor to Business Development with market insights and competitive benchmarking.
• Design and implement regional strategic planning to support long-term targets.
• Deliver customer-focused service excellence for B2B tech accounts and lead tender processes.
• Define organizational structure, roles, KPIs, and cultivate a culture of quality and cost consciousness.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as needed.
