Job summary

TEKsystems Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to guide a new project in Hong Kong. You will lead a team building a scalable, high-traffic system and shape architecture while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role includes supporting AI initiatives and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into future products. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in JavaScript (Node.js/React), strong system design experience, and hands-on coding ability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of JavaScript experience, especially Node.js and React.js.
• 2+ years in Tech Lead roles guiding engineering teams.
• Hands-on coding experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AWS is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team through the full project lifecycle.
• Design and build a high-traffic, scalable system.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Provide technical guidance, coding standards, and best practices.
• Stay hands-on to support development.
• Drive AI-related initiatives and cloud-native architectures.
