Job summary

HKT is seeking a System Analyst for AI Transformation and Fullstack, focusing on AI-enabled platform development across multiple domains. You will oversee secure, scalable implementations using Python, NodeJS and React, and lead offshore teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

You will apply prompt engineering, AI-safe practices, and agile methodologies to align with business goals while maintaining compliance and robust security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in system design and architecture with AI integration.
• Experience building AI-driven applications and scalable platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS and React; knowledge of Java Spring Boot/Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools/frameworks such as MCP and safety frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore development teams (2-3 per team) for AI-enabled software delivery.
• Define AI strategies with stakeholders and implement prompt engineering best practices.
• Promote vibe coding and Agile methods for AI projects.
• Mentor teams on new AI technologies and secure development practices.
• Ensure security is integrated throughout the SDLC and conduct risk assessments.
