Job summary

天創匯能國際有限公司 is seeking a seasoned Technology Director to drive the company’s product technology planning, construction and management in Hong Kong. You will lead a technology team, integrate AI, cloud, and data into content platforms and commerce, and align architectural decisions with rapid business growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in internet technology R&D and 3+ years of leadership, with strong backend and frontend skills, cloud familiarity, and experience delivering large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years internet technology R&D experience, 3+ years in team leadership.
• Proficient in at least one backend language (Java/Python/Go/Node.js).
• Frontend skills with React or Vue and mobile/mini-program development.
• Familiar with cloud services, containers, CI/CD, and data platforms.
• Experience building content platforms, education, community or e‑commerce.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, roadmap and system architecture to align with business goals.
• Oversee R&D across Web, mobile, backend, data platforms and AI apps.
• Lead technology teams and manage outsourcing with quality control.
• Ensure system stability, security, data backup and disaster recovery.
• Comply with PDPO and protect user data and content copyright.
• Collaborate with product, ops, content, marketing and finance.
• Track AI, big data, blockchain and explore culture digitization.
• Manage budget, procurement and external partners.
• Report progress and risks to management and inform major decisions.
