Job summary

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co Ltd is seeking a Director/Senior Manager of AI Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership for Cyberport's AI infrastructure and supercomputing platforms. You will drive CPU/GPU cluster delivery and optimise high‑performance networking, storage and AI platforms while ensuring security, resilience and scalable operations.

You will collaborate with vendors, cloud services and data centres, manage outsourcing arrangements and guide investments in emerging AI

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in IT/AI infrastructure, HPC, GPU computing or cloud platforms with leadership experience.
• Experience with vendors, outsourcing, service delivery governance and risk management.
• Solid knowledge of CPU/GPU cluster management, AI software stack and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for AI infrastructure architecture, governance and operations.
• Lead delivery and optimisation of CPU/GPU clusters, networking, storage and AI platform tech.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards and service management practices.
• Collaborate with vendors, data centres and cloud providers for service delivery.
• Manage outsourcing services, SLAs, risk and continuous service improvement.
• Evaluate emerging AI infrastructure technologies and deployment platforms.
• Guide users and internal teams on onboarding, usage optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and improvement plans.
