About the Company

As a Consulting Partner, you will serve as a core leader within Inspire's Hong Kong office. You will drive commercial growth, establish long-term strategic relationships with C-suite executives, and lead high-impact consulting engagements. You will bridge strategic business insights with robust technology implementation to deliver measurable value to enterprise clients.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Account Management: Lead business development efforts in Hong Kong and Macau, originating and closing consulting engagements in technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions. Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Leverage partner ecosystem network to identify cross-portfolio synergy opportunities and generate new business leads.
• Practice & Thought Leadership: Define and expand Innowave’s consulting offerings across key industry domains (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, Real Estate, Technology, etc.). Act as a recognized expert in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, AI/data analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Engagement Delivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee multi-disciplinary teams (consultants, solution architects, and engineers) to deliver complex, large-scale technology transformation projects on time and within budget. Ensure high-quality deliverables that balance strategic vision with technical feasibility and execution.
• Team Building & Talent Mentorship: Mentor, develop, and inspire junior consultants and delivery teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven team culture. Contribute to the hiring and retention of top-tier talent in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in top-tier management consulting, technology consulting, or enterprise digital transformation roles with Big 4 or leading tech firms. Proven track record of sales pipeline generation, deal closing, and revenue ownership (HKD/USD multi-million scale).
• Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise tech trends (AI, Data Strategy, Enterprise Cloud, SaaS, Modernization of Legacy Systems). Proven experience managing client relationships at the board and C-suite level.
• Leadership & Execution: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation capabilities. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business line from the ground up within a fast-growing platform.
• Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a strong plus).
