Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin invites a dynamic Team Leader / Guest Services Officer - Recreation to join our leisure team. You will help run daily operations of our recreation facilities, including the Fitness Centre and Pickleball Court, ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction in a premium hotel setting.

You will maintain high standards, respond to guest inquiries, coordinate activities, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience while supporting smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Sports & Recreation Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, clubhouse, fitness centre, or recreation facility.
• First Aid certification preferred (issued by St. John Ambulance, HK Red Cross, or Auxiliary Medical Service).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operation of the hotel's recreation facilities, including the Fitness Centre and Pickleball Court.
• Maintain facility standards, handle guest enquiries, coordinate recreational activities, and deliver exceptional service.
• Support the smooth operation of the hotel's leisure facilities and ensure guest safety.

Job Description

The Team Leader / Guest Services Officer - Recreation will assist in the daily operation of the hotel's recreation facilities, including the Fitness Centre and Pickleball Court, ensuring a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The role is responsible for maintaining facility standards, handling guest enquiries, coordinating recreational activities, and delivering exceptional service while supporting the smooth operation of the hotel's leisure facilities.

Qualifications

Ideally with a diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Sports & Recreation Management, or a related discipline. Candidates should possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, clubhouse, fitness centre, or recreation facility is preferred. Knowledge of sports and recreational activities, particularly pickleball, would be an advantage. Possession of a valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. John Ambulance, the Hong Kong Red Cross, or the Auxiliary Medical Service is preferred.
