Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin is seeking a Team Leader / Guest Services Officer - Recreation to oversee daily operation of the hotel's recreation facilities, including the Fitness Centre and pickleball court. You will ensure safety, deliver exceptional service, and support smooth leisure operations.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with at least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience. A First Aid certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality/ Tourism or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel, clubhouse or recreation facility.
• Knowledge of pickleball is advantageous.
• First Aid certificate preferred (St. John Ambulance/ HK Red Cross/ Auxiliary Medical Service).

Responsibilities

The Team Leader / Guest Services Officer - Recreation will assist in the daily operation of the hotel's recreation facilities, including the Fitness Centre and Pickleball Court, ensuring a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for all guests. The role is responsible for maintaining facility standards, handling guest enquiries, coordinating recreational activities, and delivering exceptional service while supporting the smooth operation of the hotel's leisure facilities.

Qualifications

Ideally with a diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Sports & Recreation Management, or a related discipline. Candidates should possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, clubhouse, fitness centre, or recreation facility is preferred. Knowledge of sports and recreational activities, particularly pickleball, would be an advantage. Possession of a valid First Aid Certificate issued by St. John Ambulance, the Hong Kong Red Cross, or the Auxiliary Medical Service is preferred.
