Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking an experienced banking professional to lead a team, drive business growth, and manage client relationships in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes cross-selling treasury and wealth management products and formulating business strategies to meet targets.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in corporate banking, strong credit and analytical skills, and fluency in English and Chinese, with a track record in regulatory compliance and supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• HKIB Certified Banker, IIQE, or other relevant insurance qualifications are an advantage.
• ECF Certification (CCR P/CL, ACRP, or AGFP (P&S)) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of banking experience in corporate/commercial including supervisory role.
• Broad knowledge of commercial credit principles and lending policies and standards.
• Well-versed in regulatory requirements of the banking industry.
• Strong credit sense and analytical skills to assess client portfolios and market data.
• Strong marketing acumen with exposure to both local and cross-border business.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
