Zusammenfassung

City University of Hong Kong is seeking a Teaching Specialist for the CoolThink@JC project to expand computational thinking education for Junior Primary students. The appointee will help design and deliver parent-child education programmes at partner schools and at the CityUHK Computational Thinking Hub.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with experience in educational programmes, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and good English and Cantonese.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above with relevant experience in delivering or facilitating educational programmes, training sessions or workshops.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and participant engagement skills.
• Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with programme staff and youth trainers.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
• Ability to work independently and adapt programme materials to suit different participant profiles.

Aufgaben

• Deliver parent-child education programmes.
• Plan and adapt teaching materials to suit workshop needs and participant profiles.
• Coordinate with the programme designer and youth trainers to ensure effective workshop delivery.
• Consolidate workshop data and prepare related reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
