Job summary

City University of Hong Kong is seeking a Project Officer for the CoolThink@JC initiative, supporting the implementation, administration, and coordination of activities with schools, trainers, partners, and service providers. The post involves on-site support at schools and management of project progress.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, strong English/Chinese communication, and excellent organisational skills. Some overtime, weekend work, and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the CT Hub and Parent Education Programmes.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the senior management team.
• Handle general administrative matters, including HR, finance and related documentation procedures.
• Coordinate meetings and logistical arrangements with participating schools, teachers and project partners.
• Provide on-site support in schools for programmes and activities.
• Coordinate and maintain a pool of youth trainers.
• Prepare meeting documents and follow up on action items.
