Job summary

Nova Management Consultants (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the CEATE Teacher Awards assessment process. You will collect nominations, coordinate interviews and school visits, and prepare materials for meetings.

You will also assist with video editing, document preparation, and maintaining the nominations database, ensuring timely communications with nominees.

A background in arts education or related fields and strong English/Chinese skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• HKDSEE Level 3 or above in Chinese and English or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, spoken and written.
• Post-degree education-related working experience preferred (Arts Education).

Responsibilities

• Assist in nomination assessments and data collection for CEATE.
• Prepare documents and presentation materials for CEATE meetings.
• Coordinate publicity and repository uploads for CEATE content.
• Set up and manage a CEATE nominations database.
• Provide drafting support for Comprehensive Report.
• Discharge other duties as assigned.
