Job summary

Headstart Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Teacher Coordinator and Education Trainer to monitor and evaluate the quality of Native English Teachers (NETs) and ensure compliance with our standards. You will develop training materials, conduct training sessions on teaching skills, and lead assessments of NETs' performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline.
• English teaching experience in Primary or Secondary schools.
• Clear understanding of English syllabuses in Hong Kong education.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Hands‑on experience in the training field is a distinct advantage.
