Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is hiring a School Discipline Support role in Hong Kong. You will join the Student Management Team to handle discipline matters and support campus routines and safety initiatives.

You will monitor late-coming, detentions, suspensions, and conduct patrols around the school. You will assist investigations, records, and communications with parents and teachers. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with students, strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience with students/teens, preferably in discipline management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Student Management Team in handling student discipline matters.

• Manage the confiscation and return of students’ handphones/Personal Learning Devices (PLDs).
• Assist with student supervision and crowd management during assemblies, recess, dismissal and school events.
• Provide administrative and operational support for school events as required.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with students/teenagers, preferablyin discipline management.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to engage students and liaise with parents/guardians and teachers on discipline matters.
• Patient, empathetic and approachable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily administrative tasks.
