Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a Discipline Assistant to support daily student discipline management at a Hong Kong school. You will help supervise detentions, oversee students suspended from class, and assist in case management and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline, on a daily basis
• Assist in manning detention for late comers after school, on an ad hoc basis
• Oversee students who are suspended from class, on an ad hoc basis
• Supervise, call on and ensure the conduct of Corrective Work Order – canteen/classroom cleaning
• Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit report
• Conduct and follow-up on spot-checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair and look into administrative recording of spot check outcome
• Participate in Case Management Meetings on an ad hoc basis
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School
