John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited, the holding company of Swire Pacific Ltd., invites applications for an Assistant Manager, Talent Management. The role supports core people processes, engagement activities and lifecycle matters across Head Office and Programme populations.

You will work with stakeholders to bring structure to processes, drive improvements and preserve data confidentiality while maintaining strong relationships across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5-8 years HR experience with talent/performance management and lifecycle exposure.
• Experience organizing events or organisation-wide initiatives.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations and OD.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems, MS 365 and people analytics; familiarity with AI-powered tools.
• Proactive, adaptable with attention to detail and data confidentiality.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual talent and performance management for Head Office/Programme employees.
• Maintain talent data, prepare reports and support workforce discussions.
• Support staff conference planning and related activities.
• Plan and organise employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement surveys, feedback, analysis and action planning.
• Manage onboarding, movements, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on people policies and lifecycle matters.
• Contribute to process improvement and AI-enabled ways of working.
