Job summary

Swire Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Management to drive employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives across Head Office and Programme populations. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver core people processes and practical improvements to the employee experience.

The role emphasizes building structured processes, strong relationships, and proactive governance while leveraging HR analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5-8 years of HR experience with talent/performance management and lifecycle processes.
• Experience organizing organisation-wide events involving multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with talent and performance management processes for Head Office and Programme employees.
• Maintain talent data, prepare reports and support workforce discussions.
• Support Staff Conference cycle planning and preparation.
• Plan and organise employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, volunteering and culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms, analytics, reporting and follow-up actions.
• Manage onboarding, movements, promotions, transfers and offboarding to ensure a consistent experience.
• Provide guidance on people policies and lifecycle matters.
• Contribute to HR systems improvement and AI-enabled ways of working.
