Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 15 years' experience supporting senior executives in multinational organisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar, schedule meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail.
• Act as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, prioritising communications and requests.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, business engagements, and corporate activities.
• Organise corporate-level social events, coordinating logistics and stakeholder requirements.
• Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents where applicable.
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
• Manage travel arrangements and complex international itineraries.
• Oversee expense management, invoice processing and approvals.
• Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed.
