Job summary

Delken Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Consultant (Recruitment and Payroll) to drive recruitment and payroll services for clients. You will source, screen, interview, and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above, 2+ years in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Based in Wan Chai, five days a week, you will deliver proactive service and growth.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above is required.
• 2+ years in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferable.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop marketing plans and organise visits with potential clients to promote payroll and recruitment services.
• Account servicing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Handle client enquiries to develop new sales leads and help achieve sales goals.
• Develop the business by identifying new opportunities and key clients.
• Prepare job advertisements, candidate profiles and assessment reports.
